GIRL ABOUT TOWN: Mystery of J-Lo's 'shrinking asset' as Vanity Fair shoot sparks speculation that her well-proportioned derriere was re-touched


J-Lo’s greatest asset is of course her tuneful voice... but her well-proportioned derriere is also highly regarded. So fans were gobsmacked last week when her bottom looked much smaller than usual as she posed on the centre pages of US Vanity Fair with baseball player boyfriend Alex Rodriguez.

Not only did J-Lo’s famous rear appear to fans to have shrunk but Twitter observers have been claiming that the, ahem, crease of her upper bottom was an inch away from where it might be expected to be.

Could it have been, err, retouched?

The picture was taken by legendary fashion photographer Mario Testino who would not comment on the mystery of the vanishing posterior.


One J-Lo fan tweeted: ‘Who on earth did this shambles of a Photoshop?’ Neither Vanity Fair nor J-Lo’s representatives would comment.
